Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging in any services provided by Ace Amaze Solutions.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

Services We Provide

Ace Amaze Solutions offers a wide range of digital marketing services, including:

  1. Website Design & Development: Custom design and development of websites tailored to your business needs.
  2. Social Media Marketing: Building and executing strategies to grow your presence across social media platforms.
  3. Paid Advertisements: Running targeted Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
  4. Google My Business Optimization: Helping you optimize your Google My Business profile for better local search visibility.
  5. Video Editing: Providing professional video editing services to enhance your brand’s digital presence.
  6. Graphic Design: Offering custom graphic design services for logos, banners, and marketing materials.

Payment Terms

General Payment Terms

Payment Due on Time:
All payments for services are due as per the agreed-upon dates. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time. Failure to make payments on time will result in a halt or suspension of services. Services will not resume until full payment is received.

Late Payment:

If payment is not received by the due date, services will be suspended until the outstanding amount is cleared. Additionally, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will apply for every 7-day period the payment is delayed.

One-Week Payment Grace Period:
After the payment due date, clients will be given a one-week grace period to clear any outstanding payments. If payment is not made within this period, we reserve the right to suspend services.

Services Payment Terms & Conditions:

Web Design & Development Payment Structure

For website design and development services, the payment is divided into two terms:

Advance Payment (50%):
An advance payment of 50% of the total project fee is required before the commencement of any work. This advance secures your place in our schedule and is considered as our professional fees. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable. Once the advance is paid, we will begin working on your project.

Final Payment (50%):
The remaining 50% of the project fee is due within 3 days after the website has been submitted for review and approval by the client. If the final payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to:

    • Stop all services and suspend your website.
    • Make the website available for sale to other potential clients.
    • Resell your website, including the domain name, content, and all associated assets, if payment is not made after a reasonable period.

Monthly Service Payments

For ongoing services such as social media marketing, paid advertisements, video editing, and graphic design, payment will be on a monthly basis.

1: Payment Due Date:
All payments for monthly services are due by the 1st day of each month. Payments must be received before or on the 1st day to ensure continued service throughout the month.

Late Payment for Monthly Services:
If payment is not received by the 5th day of the month, we reserve the right to suspend all services, including ongoing campaigns, advertisements, and content creation. Services will remain suspended until full payment is received.

Termination of Services

Termination for Non-Payment

    • In the event of non-payment, Ace Amaze Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate all services immediately, including ongoing digital marketing services, website maintenance, and support.

Termination by Client

If you wish to terminate the services before the completion of the project, you must notify us in writing. In such cases, the advance payment is non-refundable, and you will still be required to pay for any work completed until the date of termination.

Termination by Ace Amaze Solutions

    • We reserve the right to terminate any project or service at our discretion if we believe the client is acting in bad faith or violating the terms outlined in this agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

Performance and Results Disclaimer:
While Ace Amaze Solutions works diligently to provide high-quality services, including website design, development, digital marketing, and social media campaigns, we do not guarantee specific results. The outcomes of digital marketing efforts, such as increased website traffic, higher search engine rankings, or greater sales, depend on many factors that are beyond our control. These factors include, but are not limited to, search engine algorithms, market conditions, the competitive landscape, and client-specific variables.

Focus on Deliverables:
Our commitment is to deliver the agreed-upon services and outcomes, such as the completion of a fully functional website, properly executed social media campaigns, or content creation. The deliverables (e.g., website design, social media posts, advertisements, etc.) will be provided as per the scope of work. We will strive to meet the expectations set in the initial project brief and any subsequent communication. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales increases, traffic boosts, or conversion rates.

Client Expectations:
Any claims or expectations made regarding specific results are subject to clarification. As a digital marketing company, we aim to provide measurable, high-quality work, but cannot guarantee the exact return on investment (ROI) or performance that clients might expect. We encourage clients to focus on the deliverables and the quality of the services rendered, as results can vary and depend on external factors.

No Promises of Results:
Clients must understand that digital marketing efforts are ongoing, and the impact may take time to materialize. Results such as increased web traffic or higher sales can fluctuate due to various reasons, including seasonal changes, market conditions, or platform algorithm updates. Therefore, Ace Amaze Solutions is not liable for any results, expectations, or promises regarding specific business performance metrics.

Limitation of Damages

    • In no event will Ace Amaze Solutions be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits, business interruptions, or reputational harm.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Amendments

  • Ace Amaze Solutions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms & Conditions.
